For UK orders, we aim to deliver your planner within 3-5 business days.
For international orders, we aim to deliver your planner within 6-7 business days.
Please be aware that due to COVID-19, there may be some delays with delivery times.
Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery details, and we cannot be liable for incorrect details nor will we be able to refund an order or send a new one out unless purchased again.
Delivery/shipping costs are fixed and are added to your cart during the checkout process.
We accept returns if the product is unused and in the condition in which it was sold within 14 days. If the plastic covering is removed, the planner cannot be returned. Returns are not free of charge and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the postage. Please contact us via email if you wish to return an item. Once we receive the product you will receive a refund within 14 working days.
If your planner is faulty, please contact us by email to notify us with images attached. Any faulty claims should be sent to us within 48 hours of receipt of product. Once the claim has been reviewed, and if appropriate, a replacement will be sent out to you within 3-5 working days.
Yes, our products are available to order from most countries. Shipping costs will apply. ​
For deliveries outside of the UK:​
- Your shipment could be subject to Customs Duty Charge / Import Duty / VAT / Other applicable government taxes on arrival in the destination country.
- These charges will have to be paid by the customer. lotus & bells are not liable to pay them under any circumstances.
- The shipping charges mentioned in the total order value does not include these charges.
